Hi, I've been approved for PKRbonus on thursday (just gone) and still no funds (tourney tickets/tokens) in my PKR account. On the bankroll page for PKR, it says after account is approved funds should be avail within 72hrs/ But then when my acct was approved it says that they should be avail now or in a couple hours. But I think the latter one is maybe just a standard approval email for any of the bonus's..
I'm just wondering, from others experience, once the account is approved, did you still have to wait a few days for the tickets to become avail, or was it straight away ??
I can't actually play atm anyway, as I'm not at home, so it's no hurry, but if there's a prob and I need to email someone, I'd like to get it sorted ASAP.
so yeh, just wondering how long it takes for tourney tickets to become avail once BRM has approved bonus, thanks !
Oh actually; I'd also like to know what I can use them for, I'm hoping Sit N Go ?? not just MTTs, can I use them for heads up SNG ? Or DoNs ??

Ok cool - that's pretty good, I'm sure I can win/place on AT LEAST one of those tokens with those options. I was worried maybe they just bought me into massive MTTs or something..
Umm, what about the first part of my question.. Should these be in my account yet ?? Or is it expected to wait a little while after full BRM approval for the tickets to be credited to my PKR acct. Because I got the email on thursday saying I should be right to go, but still no tourney tickets...

Ok - well I've gone into the client and looked everywhere and tried registering in a variety of SNG's / MTTS - but no luck, im pretty sure i just havent been credited my tickets.. Gonna try contacting support on both ends.
For the record - I'm not bad-mouthing BRM - I've had (and lost) other no deposit bonuses here and they've all gone through without a hitch, so I'm not complaining about the service

2 topics? I replied in your other one. You must have downloaded directly through the BRM pkr link, you should have the tickets right away if so. if not, you may have done something wrong?
I used my tickets for sngs, 1 x $5.50 sng and 2 x $10+$1 sngs. I placed 3rd in all 3 [6-handed] that's what I get for messing around with all the options in my first few games. I've since won money though, in mtts, and blew it all in their great casino!

Ah really ? that sux/ I actually started playing poker as a means of channeling my gambling habbit through something more skillful than straight out casino games. I do worry about these poker sites having 'casino' sections/ Normally its ok because the no deposit offers have restrictions saying you cant play casino games. But i understand PKR doesnt really have conditions, just use your tickets and winnings are yours.. Hope i don't fall to the same temptation and lose my winnings to the stupid house advantage ..
Yeh.. sorry about two topics.. just frustrated.. I've chatted to live support here and at PKR, both of which advise I'll need to create emails to put through a request to look into my account. But neither site has got back to emails.. so I just feel im up against a brick wall here.. Although PKR live support have pretty much told me its BRM that need to do the fixing.. BRM live support was friendly but just tell me to make an email but I get no acknowledgement when i do so..
I've actually made a deposit now at PKR.. Did so since there's no pts requirement to cash-out, so i figure i can use the tickets to build a little extra on my deposit.. and if i have a nice win, i can cash-out with no dramas (trying to clear conditions) if i decide I'd rather have my BR at another site..
Hoping PKR support will be more helpful as well since I've now made a deposit (although, that hasn't cleared yet either, but it was done by local bank xfer, so prob take 2-4 days i imagine, only been 24hrs so far)
