As I have understand at BRM ther are no restrictions for mulitple offers, including giftoffers. So you can sign up to all, but you can't first have a no-deposit bonus and then a rack-back offer for the same site.

As long as you don't have an account at any of the sites, you can signup for them all (if they allow your country). But as MrMan says, you can't first signup for a no deposit bonus and then do the gift offer afterwards. It's one or the other.
