You do not have to install it, just see if you can download it. We've had a few issues with some Italian users not being able to download, claiming that it's blocked by their Internet provider, but we/Mansion can't find any problems. Thanks.

hi admin, in italy there are restrictions on poker/betting/casino sites due to laws maybe the reason is the one that follow(maybe I was one of those users): users who want to see those sites have to change manually their DNS (if their internet provider allow to do that) they can easily find valid DNS googling "DNS antioscuramento" or can try these ones i found on the net 208.67.222.222 208.67.220.220

We've now had confirmation from Mansion Poker that there is in fact problems with Italian users downloading the software, since it's blocked in Italy
Closing this thread as the issue has been confirmed. magatt996's solution might work for some, otherwise I'd in general recommend using the www.opendns.com DNS servers (IP addresses above)
