We love you all. We really do Without our members, BankrollMob wouldn't be what it is today.
With that said, way too many members turn off their thinking equipment (that would be the brain, for those of you who already turned it off ) when surfing our site and asks a lot of questions to our support/livechat, that could easily have been solved by reading our site/emails or just the FAQ.
Every day we see the power of our forum, the community, how members ask something in the forum and they have a reply just hours later, or even within minutes.
That's why we now introduce a new combined Support Center & FAQ. In order to contact our support (including livechat), you will have to go through the proper channels. In most cases, you will be provided with sufficient information already in the support center and not having to contact our support. You might also be encouraged to seek help in our forum as it's often the fastests way to get a reply.
Some of the support categories also contain videos to demonstrate how to do certain things, we will add more videos later. We will of course also add more content to the support center, update/edit and optimize when and wherever it's necessary, once we see how it works out.

lol ok perhaps u could offer a "brain". ( like those found in supermarkets aound the world), at a discount or for mob points I bet that would promote BRM hehehe
