Posted by schmoyster: I've installed the program also on my office PC and I still can not change the hue for the default theme. I can move the slider but the hue doesn't change. Can smb check if you have the same issue? Go to Options-Display
I think you need to download more skins, the program only comes with 1 theme (1 colour) and that is simple white. If you want different colours you need to click on 'More Skins' and download it from the site that pops up
Edit: Not all skins will have colour change available, personally I like 'cool blue' skin with rockwell font

I already did that. See post #17. I just wanted to state the fact that the default theme's hue can not be changed. If it is the way it is supposed to be - fine by me.

When you say "bleep", do you mean a sound effect or does it come up with a warning or something? The forum will not be "bleeping" every two seconds, as the klip (feed) within the application only refreshes once an hour.

Yes a sound effect but as B1gfoot says we can turn that off at our end....and the little icon in you system tray flashes wich is ok.
B1gfoot it do's not run in a browser it runs in your opperating system like windows update alartes so aslong as your computer is connected to the internet it will be active and you do not need a web browser open to read the updates.
The only peple that will not get the feed as soon as thay turn on there computer are one's that are on dialup networks or who have physicaly disconeted from the net ie. pulled the lead out of there computer.

The forum feed should now update at every hour, next update in about 15 minutes. Depending on when your application was started, you may not see the update immediately, as the klip itself only refreshes every hour (from our feed, which is also rebuilt every hour).
------------ I fixed the sorting of the offers feed now also, to display next freerolls first - but couldn't get it sorted properly in the application, will ask the developers about it.
Will also try to ask them about some of your other questions/issues.

Posted by shokaku: After the change to 1 hour refreshs the application starts to be usefull. One can really follow the discussion in the forum now.
That's good
News, offers and freerolls are not updated so often, so the feeds for those are just updated every 12 hours on our site (but the klip within the application still refreshes every hour I think).

Posted by Flangel: I specifcly turned off the option :
Start up with windows [ ]
But it auto starts with my vista tho. Maubeh its meh.
Developers couldn't re-produce the problem, so maybe it's something in your end?
Here are the steps we used on a Vista machine.
1. Open the options window for Mob Alerts 2. Select the General tab 3. Under the Startup options "deselect" by clicking on the box the option to "Launch Mob Alerts when Windows starts up" 4. Exit Mob Alerts 5. Log out 6. Log in 7. Mob Alerts does not start up
