I don't know how you guys work (admins) but I feel really badly treated. I have had my account at bankrollmob for I don't know how long; but it's a long time and I always enjoy coming in here and read and see whats going down.
BUT now, when I tried to ask for a bankroll you guys asked me for an ID verification and since I only have a photocopy of my swedish IDcard I tried to take a photo with the webcam and send it to you in two times; but only managed once. And now you've closed my account???
I can't for example try to open that cool box with some bucks in it and I havent tried yet but I believe that I wont be able to ask for any bankrolls either.
I am deeply disappointed and would like an apology since I haven't done anything intentionally bad.

The problem is, the picture you sent, it's so blurry we can't see anything. I can't even see your name on it, so it's not much worth when it comes to being an ID
Unfortunately webcams are often not very good at taking pictures like this, they are designed for communication.
I'm sure you must know somebody with a cellphone from within the past few years? Anything with a 2 megapixel camera should do, specially if it has autofocus, then it's even better. You can just email it to us at info (at) bankrollmob.com and we can upload it for you and process it.
Otherwise we will have to remove your current ID and re-approve your account into the state it was before, which might still keep you away from certain bonuses that requires a higher level of verification than just a phone call.

So how do you make out you are treated bad, is it banrollmobs fault you dont have the correct ID, probably looks to them like a scam, the photo could be of any random person, the need PROOF.

You mean the safe, think any one with an account can do that, use the free shoot or get points and puchase some.

Thanks
If you do nothing wrong then you need not appolgise, but the problem is on your behalf, you must go get yourself some propper ID, then all will be fine and you get lots of no-deposit bonuses. Best of luck to you troae.

Souds like the same old story to me. Half an attempt to get a FREE bankroll and point at someone else when it doesn't work rightaway. So many people here first got their ID uploaded properly, then waited patiently for their request to be processed, and played poker happily ever after... BRM and staff, you are the best!!

I agree. BRM is the best. troae I think you should be apologising to admin for that. He will help you but he cannot if you have not submitted proper ID just like the rest of us have. Get ur id together and find a way to submit. How about someone you know must have a camera?? Take a picture of ur id and email in. Godd luck to you and I recomend that dont try to bite the hand that may feed you as many on here will bite back.

Well, too bad I wasted my time with this reply as apparently he didn't care to reply back or didn't understand (or wanted to) what I wrote... he turned up at our livechat and when he couldn't have it his way, he got really unpleasant. We had no other choice than to ban his account as we don't want that kind of behavior against our support team, they're just doing their work.

LOL, his frustration must have built up a lot over the year he has been here, Its a very simple process as I remember. Did you tell him he is still free to make a deposit at any of the sites
