He said, that he tryed the phone call verification, but it doesent works and he ask, maybe he can go around the phone verification ? are there different possibilities for him

Well, he can upload ID if he likes. That gives access to more no deposit bonuses. But, phone verification works for everybody else, so it must for him too. He should try a diffeent number then.
