Since so many of you don´t know or don´t have the time to simply search for the answer, here it is, a list of the different poker rooms affiliated with BRM and their withdrawal information:

Titan Poker: "Once you made a withdrawal request, your withdrawal request will stay under your "Pending Withdrawal" page for 24 hours just so you'll have the option to cancel it yourseld if you want to. After 24 hours, it'll no longer be visible on your end cause we we'll start to process it within 24 hours. However, this processing period may vary if our Poker Team sees that there's a need for you to forward with us some supporting documents." (Thats all the information their support gave me! They have nothing available on their website.

According to the law, you have to declare your winnings to the RF. Of course there are other ways to receive that money without paying taxes, but they are illegal.

Actually, it all depends on how you want to bring the money into the country. Is it going to be a check from the poker site? Are you going to send it to Neteller and then withdraw? Tell me the story.

Thanks for the info on all the different sites withdraw policies FODZ. I love playing on full tilt but they are such a pain to withdraw your money from. I think I would just transfer my money over to poker stars and then draw it out there.

I mean i know i ca just use neteller for small amount and no problems, but what about big amounts of money, like $100K, and i buy a car with it, Do you know the legal way?

You have to declare it to the Receita Federal. You will definately need to prove where the money is from, how you won it. After you prove it, you´ll need to pay taxes according to the amount, and then you can do whatever you want with your part! You can buy anything!

thanks for all this info but im confused so when i get 5000 points or win a sfe carcker game i coyuld if wanted have my money transferd to pacific poker is tihs corrrect as when i look at option where i can have my cash deposited to it doesnt say this
