Thanks Jess.
Bit of a disappointment really. I was in second place. Folded round to me on the button with AK Chip leader was BB. I raised 2.5X he called. Flop came AK6 he moved all in I called and found myself staring at a set of sixes. Don't think there was any way I could have got away from it.

Very well done indeed. Grats to you. Nice finish 5th from 1820 players, guess you made a lot of correct decisions during this tourney. And grats to you for the nice winning. Good RoI.

Congratulations,a final table is something special.Regarding the winning a tournament well is another issue, has nothing to do with skills. At some point you need tone of luck to move move forward,an act of God,is like the server choose the winner and no matter what cards he has, always win the pot

Very nice prize for a $2.50 buy-in. But we always want more and that’s why you say you’re getting closer, you want the first prize. That’s what I call attitude, if one works for something, it only should consider it done when it reaches the perfection, the top of it. You’re playing $2.50 tourneys, the top is to finish first in one of these. This victory you show was already a good reward and it will help you pay some of the future buy-ins to similar tourneys, but you should only feel satisfied when you get the first prize. You can do it! Go for it!

Nice finish and tournament prize. You got unlucky there with the AK, but i dont think so anyone would have managed to get away from this. It was the best move at the time. Better luck next time with a first place finish
Nice cash in for 5th to bad on the beat at the end, keep up the good work You will get your first place finish sooner of later just a matter of time Looking at a set vs 2 pair on the flop would be a sickening sight to see

congrats on the finish, nice wee cash for $2.75 investment.
as has already been stated the flop was both very good and and very sick for you but keep making all the right moves you made to get that far and you will be rewarded with a 1st some time soon
just out of curiosity what prize did 1st place get?
good luck in your future games and hope you get your 1st soon

Congratulations on that good finish! Unlucky in that last hand, there was no getting away from that hand, you played it correctly, no doubt about that!
Just keep grinding those MTT's and you will eventually get that 1st place! I know you can do it. I'm rooting for you!
