haha a pity mate! He didn't know what was happening. The truth is that the ticket for the lottery on Sunday was not much, but forgetting the greeting is something else. My birthday is September 1st !, so I will not have a greeting or gift either. I will be sad that day. I'll let you know later how I'm doing, if at least BRM sends me a personal greeting haha

Are you sure you didn't get the e-mail with the ticket, perhaps a day delayed or something? If you're sure please let us know, so we can check.
It's possible that you have disabled "MobMail notifications" in your profile, then we don't email you such things (nor offer the free ticket).
Yeah, 1 ticket aint much. But the MobDraw HAS been one in the past with just a single ticket, so it's not impossible. But, instead of just emailing "happy birthday" we would like to at least offer a little something, and since we are in the gambling business, a ticket for a draw is better than something Unfortunately we can't offer, say, 100 tickets, considering how many tickets we are already offering daily...

yes , like admin said it might have sth to do with disabled notifications , check it that , as for the extra gift , something is always better than nothing , imo every gift is welcomed And BRM gives away always gifts

I had this problem two or three years ago and had to make again notification on!ofcourse its not about one ticke,its about all other good offers that you can get in future from BRM,but you could miss it just because you dont have notifications on!

Indeed it must be that you have disabled notifications, because in my case BRM, did not forget my birthday! I received an email greeting me on my day, and also reminding me to claim my ticket for the Sunday raffle! (with a gif of Chevy Chase).

thank dear. It was a quiet birthday, on a pretty rainy day. I got my ticket and on the calendar I was lucky to have won 50 more shots for the safe. At the moment I have 200 shots, so at any moment I spend them, and once the safe reaches a considerable sum.
