I received and played a 20 free no-deposit bonus from Bitstarz yesterday. i ran it through and then i played through my proceeds the required rollover. When I had completed the bonus requirements after 4 hours of play, I had made a profit of $180. I then requested a withdrawal in Bitcoin. First, the reduced my winnings from $180 down to 1000 to comply with their small print. Fine, just give me the balance. Had to jump through identity hoops though there was no valid reason for this. Fine, wasted more time and completed. Final straw - they were requiring that I make a $20 deposit in order to receive my supposed no-deposit bonus! I engaged their support and pointed out how wrong and fraudulent their marketing was. Back and forth - no avail. Now, I am getting very suspicious as I know if I give in and deposit, they will not let me withdraw any funds. So I proposed an idea to support to prove they were scamming. I said, why don't I just leave the $20 you are requiring for a deposit, in my account? It works out the exact same as me depositing the $20 and then withdrawing the $100, with the only difference being that they will not have the chance to confiscate my$20. they did not even acknowledge this proposal! Now, they are not returning my emails and have locked me out of my account. I can basically guarantee this site is an absolute scam.

What you're saying doesn't sound good at all. Now, did you read the terms and conditions to be able to use the free spins and be able to withdraw the winnings? Unless they have changed it just now, I read that one of the requirements (to be able to withdraw money) is to deposit a minimum of $ 20 (1.b of the terms and conditions). Did you read the T&C?

Posted by dule-vu: They allowed to register, even he is from usa, they asked him for money and then they block his account!very bad move from them!
That if that sounds strange, and on that if that would be a big problem. If they were not enabled, they could not demand that deposit. But obviously for receiving money, they will never complain. The obstacles will put them when they have to pay. Very strange, but hey, you just have to get away from places like these.

Hi,
I just received this from a BitStarz representative...
"Hi there,
So, regarding the need to make a deposit to get the money out from the no deposit free spins, it's clearly stated in our terms and conditions. I mean, if you don't agree with that term, that's totally fine, but you should be aware that it's a condition to get the funds out. To get some free money, it's not a particularly complicated step.
It also makes it quite simple, you make a deposit and we'll send all the funds back to the same address. As a casino that has been operating since 2014, you can rest assured that we're not interested in jeopardizing our whole casino by scamming someone out of a 20 dollar deposit. Just by having a look around on reputable casino ranking sites you'll see we're rated at the very top as far as trust is concerned.
When it comes to the US, we've made it very clear, over and over again that we do not accept US players. If you have a look at the terms and conditions, it's right there. Regards,

As I said in previous comments, the terms and conditions were clear. Even in other online casinos, they have exactly the same requirements regarding free spins: 40x of wagering, limitation on winnings through free spins (maximum of $ 100, because it does not correspond to pay 180) and a deposit of $ 20 to be able to withdraw. The rules are clear. To complain, you have to do it before and not after. The point is, you probably haven't read the T&C. As the last comment says, a casino that has been around since 2014 is not going to tarnish its reputation for $ 20 Let's be careful before we say they are scammers

Obviously we don't know the whole story. Now, in my country there are many restrictions. There are many sites that "could not" play, but via vpn if possible (because it locates me elsewhere). Maybe some of that could have happened, maybe not. If he did not use vpn and it was possible to register from the USA, in that case there is a problem.

Oh no it's not Nice to Know after playing so good afterall. Nice to build up that bonus like that. Hope you Will find a way to eventually get your Well deserved money. I'll find it strange that they make such as problem about a couple of dollars. That's not the publicity you want for your casino. Hope others Will think twice of they used that casino to.

They should not allow you to register as long as you establish that your address is in the USA. But one can perfectly lie, just to play. What needs to be determined is whether he registered from the USA without problems, prior to obtaining the free spins. And the other thing that should be consulted previously is, if depositing the $ 20, despite being from the USA, if he can get those $ 100. Although it can be very risky. Better to forget about the site.

Posted by CALICUL: it is good to search in which countries it works
It is precisely the first thing I read in the reviews. When I see that Uruguay is among the blocked countries, I don't even bother trying to play (even though with a VPN I could). Because casinos or poker or sports betting sites gladly accept your money, but the difficult thing is to withdraw the money from them (I am not saying it is impossible).
