Oh hi.... you may have noticed that BankrollMob was offline for some hours this early morning. There was a network issue between our server and its firewall, which took a while to debug and fix.

Sorry for the downtime!

nice that everything is solved!its strange to see when BRM is down for hours and you cant open anything! I thought that is CIA,FBI or some angry member who didnt come on top of world cup leaderboard Big Smile ! but you are fast and everything is like it was and we can use everything on site,especially xmas calendar!

In the morning I didn't know what was going on when the website was down for several hours, I refreshed the page several times. It's good that everything was fixed quite quickly and that you can now fully use the site. I managed to click all five windows from the Christmas calendar today.

Nice to read that everything now is back to normal. This can happen , but ofcourse very soon things go back to normal , and everything is fine . I cannot remember one time that a crash made BankrollMob go offline for far too many hours , at least the last years . The BRM crew and personnel does an excellent job by all means .

sometimes this happen on BRM,not so often,but in few months we can have some problems,but to be for few hours like yesterday,this wasnt case!at least they knewt where was problem right away and that they could solve it!most of members probably thought that they will not have chance to use xmas calendar yesterday,but luckly it was just in the morning!

On each page, a failure can happen, and it didn't last very long, I managed to click all 5 windows from the world calendar without any problems with a lot of time. The important thing is that everything was fixed quickly and that the site is now working properly.

I don't know anything about this because i joined BRM later. Each site has its bigger or smaller problems, but most of them are solved and things go well. It's good that it didn't last for several days, otherwise some members would have panicked... Smile

I cannot recall this problem , it must have lasted for a short period of time . If I cannot visit a site , no problem , I. One hour or sth more , on the next attempt , I will be able to do it . The same with BRM , the same with every other site online . It happens , for various reasons , no problem at all Smile

yesterday I wrote that is maybe CIA,FBI or some hacker Big Smile , but now is two days in row and even for more hours today!hope that you solved now everything for good and members can enjoy in xmas calendar on last three days and everything that you offer!good luck with this problem!

This morning I managed to click and open two doors from the Christmas calendar, after which the website stopped working around 9 am. It's good that after a few hours everything was back to normal again around 2 pm and I managed to click the other three, which is, as always, a complete set Smile

I think that the fault belongs to Zelensky accompanied by Putin and the New World Order. There, in internet will always be problems, that's why it's good to understand and accept them. We don't live in a perfect world

You can remove that tin foil hat of yours and replace it with a santa claus hat instead.

Our downtime had nothing - NOTHING - to do with Zelensky, Putin or whatever you think the "New World Order" is.

You're right about one thing: We don't live in a perfect world.

Thankyou for your prompt efforts to rectify the situation BankrollMob. I did notice a connection erro but was patient knowing that you would have it in hand and return normal service as soon as possible. Thanks for all your efforts especially at this busy time of year when you all want time with your families as well. Happy Christmas.

before we had some problems and we knewt to have same message like this,that you can open page,but it was never for hours,so this was suprise to see and especially two days in row and now when its xmas calendar on!after today,when it finish,if somebody will not work,members will not care much!
