Hi everybody! The room has changed and many questions have appeared. Where did the tickets that were won earlier go? Now many sites announce their High Stakes freerolls, but they are not available, including Bankroll Mob? If anyone knows the answers to these questions, I would be very grateful.

For me best answer can give you support from this site! Ask them on live chat or mail ( depend what they have ) and see what they will answer it! I dont play there, so cant tell anything about it, but maybe somebody will know!

Well I don't know nothing about freerols, wil they comeback or not, but just like you I had some tourney tickets too so I asked support about unused tickets, and this the reply I got:
We are currently implementing a new T$ feature and eligible tickets will be converted into T$ at a 1:1 rate of exchange. Any tickets that are expired or voided will not count towards this transfer. Thank you for choosing HighStakes, we hope you are enjoying the new and improved poker product and T$ shall be credited to your account by 15.10.23 and visible when you login.
well today is 17th and I still didn't receive anything, so I probably will ask support again, about my tickets. I hope my answer will help you

I agree with dule-vu, better to write for support for these kind of question, because probably only they can answer for you. Lets hope if they have some kind of problem with the new software, they will gonna solve that problems in the near future and they will add tournament money for unused tickets, for everyone

Yeah, every player should ask them about own tickets or any other problem! But at least they can read what answer did you got from them! Its good that they change something, but we will see is this change on better for players or on worse! Who know, maybe somebody will not like it!
Maybe I'm wrong, but before large poker forums were attended by representatives of poker rooms. And they were aware of what was happening on the forum regarding their poker rooms.
