Blade is a part of the Marvel Series slot machines from Playtech. The character Blade dates back to the early 70’s when this Marvel character made its first appearance in the world of comic books. Since the late 90’s, there has been a series of movies starring Wesley Snipes as Blade. The Blade character is a half vampire/ half mortal that protects the mortal humans against evil minded vampires. Playtech has designed a great slot that really does bring the excitement from the original comic books to the reels. Playtech presents a fun slot machine with great features and bonus games. Graphics & Sound
The Blade slot is not one of those slots whit fireworks and a lot of colours everywhere. The design is pretty dark and simple. The sound/music is not very exciting but it does the job. In the main game, the sound effects and the music score could be a lot better to enhance the excitement. There are, however, some cool music bits in the bonus games and when you hit higher paying reel combinations.
Game Symbols
There are a number of cool symbols in this game. All the weapons and special tools that Blade carries are symbols in this slot machine. The lower paying symbols are the 10, J, Q, K and A symbols. The wild is the Blade symbol and it will substitute for all symbols except the scatter. The scatter is the Blade logo and if you hit three or more you will trigger the 15 free games multiplier feature. When the Blade Split symbol appears on the 5th reel, the last paying symbol will be split and pay as two identical symbols.

Bonus Feature
Once you have triggered the free game feature, the multiplier increases as you go along! The multiplier starts of as x2, x3, x4 or x5,. In every winning spin the multiplier will increase in the same pattern. If you hit a non-winning spin during the free game feature, the multiplier will go one step back. This is a great bonus feature where you have the possibility to win some serious cash, if you’re lucky enough.
The Blade Split is not a dessert, it’s actually a feature that will split the last paying symbol and pay out as two identical symbols. The feature is activated as soon as the Blade Split symbol appears on the 5th reel.
