yeah, this site has exploded.. But it's a good site and they've done good job. When I joined here there were only few members and a couple offers. I'd rather use BRM offers than other site's same offers. If you do as you're told, you will get your bonuses without a doubt. GL all to tables and take care!

Its probably on Your account .... just go to boss media login and go to a cashier ....it should be availble on a " pokerchips mode "
Also question to other --- if You guys earned or doubled up this money ... can You transfer those money to a main account -- for example for a withdraw ... or not.becouse i cant

I got mine rejected too because my country of origin is not allow to play at Virgin, I downloaded the poker room from BRM created an account request the bonus as I saw my country is on the eligible list then got that rejected email. Seriously what a joke so now I have no choice about saying goodbye to Virgin ... just another ... which I will once again have uninstall & never ...

Well i think this is so wrong. I have been approved on the 2/12-2008 and still no 10 euros on my account at virgin poker. It is not on my account on the web or in the client. I give up, and if it will be in my account some time, i will give it ago, but right now I dont think it will ever be. I have sent emails to BRM last week, but no answer.

Me too: rejected , not tracked to bankrollmob.I have sent many emails to Virgin poker and BankrollMob but I haven't got clear answers what's wrong... I think I did everything as it was said in instructions (in BankrollMob web site)!

We can't do magic. If the details you submit to us when making your request, does not allow virgin poker to find your account, then there's nothing we can do. You need to make sure you have provided correct username (accountname for virgin poker) and best if you use the same e-mail address at virgin poker as bankrollmob.
Contact our support to have any info changed if necessary.

We don't turn anybody down unfairly... what would we gain by doing that? As with everything else in life, people usually speak up when there's a problem, not when things go as expected - so you can't really judge anything by this thread In theory, 1 million users could have received the bonus and the 70 posts in this thread is from users who didn't, if you follow me.
My point is, there's ALOT more users who received this bonus than users that didn't, so if yours was rejected due to incorrect information, then you should try and correct it and have your request processed again by contacting our support.

It *is* a no deposit bonus. Yes you need to deposit if you want to see your V*Points, for some reason. But you just have to rake €20 (=60 V*Points) to have the additional €20 bonus transferred within 24-48 hours. You can contact their support to know how much you have raked.
I need your ticket id (LTKxxxxxx code) to check status on your e-mail to our support.

Well... I counted my rake and it is about at least 50 or 60 euros... So do i need to contact somebody to get my 20 euros?

According to our info, it should be done within 24-48 hours, otherwise try and contact their support.

is there a time limit on when the freeroll happens for getting the 60 v points or is it a regular thing? as with 10 instant no deposit bonus thats gonna take a while to rake 20 dollars worth.. especially with the donks that call with any 2 cards currently on the lower limits lol... its swings and roundabouts with fishes catching silly hands when they should know when to fold to the better hand catching 1 outers and everything lol
