EPT Warsaw: EPT Barcelona winner in the lead!

A total of 203 players (Day 1a=88, Day 1b=115) entered the Main Event of EPT Warsaw this time. Of these 203 players, 148 made it to Day 2 of the tournament. In the lead is PokerStars qualifier Carter Phillips from North Carolina with 194,850 chips.

Phillips, seems to be on an EPT roll at the moment as he took home EPT Barcelona just a month ago. Luca Pagano, the Team PokerStars Pro from Italy, is still up among the leaders with 101,575 chips. It will very interesting to see if these 2 players will continue playing great poker and stay in the top till Day 3 of the tournament.

Italy is represented by 13 players left on day 2.
Not only Pagano but Minieri ( my favourite one ) too.
Hope this time another italian player will be able to win EPT.

Seems to be real nice to get sponsored to go to all this events. After all, for this guys its not an event, its their championship, where they have to prove to their sponsors they are good so they can continue to pay them all the travels, hotels and buy ins: what a life!
