Today one can read on entractions website that Casagaming Ltd, that owns the poker sites 24hpoker and martinspoker on the entraction poker network has signed a Letter of Intent to sell the operations of both their sites.

The letter of intent includes that iGame Ltd acquires Casagaming Ltd's assets (domains, customer registry and brands). The value of the assets are 4.5 million euro, of which Entraction's share is 2,565,000 euro.

"The selling of the gaming operations is a milestone for Entraction and enables us to focus 100% on our supplier operation. In a time when many of our competitors does the opposite and start to mix the roles of operator and supplier, Entraction's focus makes us both more attractive to new partners and more transparent to investors. I am certain that iGame Ltd will continue to successfully operate the sites in our network", says Peter Åström, CEO Entraction.

Looks like recession has caught up with online poker. I guess we will see a lot of rooms get closed or merged.

I think that when economy and country wealth get wrong, people are more interested in taking risks betting money.
Here in Italy lotto, bingo, poker online and skill games in general are increasing volume of betting Shock

For what i have search, i have´'t seen none of those poker sites offering promotions here on BankRollMob. Perhaps it could be a nice idea to enlarge the capabilities of BRM! Quantity doesn't means quality, but it can atract more users and more subscriptions to BRM...

This is true, MANUEDO. In this time of financial tightening, people are moving away from investing in the stock markets, where they are sure to lose and have no say over how well their investments turnover..to gambling, where they can at least incorporate some skill and have influence over how much they make! The investors brought it on theirselves...but it's great for poker and other betting industries :>
