Christmas is over and so is our December Christmas Calendar which had more than $20,000 in prizes to be given away between December 1st and 24th. Over 800 prizes in total were up for grabs, which means we now have a lot of work ahead of us, processing all the prize claims.
If you won MobPoints, MobDraw tickets or MobSafe shots, you already received your prize - they are given instantly. If you won anything else which required you to send us an e-mail to claim it, then you might not have received it yet. Don't worry, if you e-mailed us, we will process it. We keep track of all prizes and whether or not they have been issued, so please have patience as we work our way through all the claims received in the past few weeks.
The same goes for those of you who requested a MobPoints exchange instead of receiving your prize. We will go through the list in the coming days and everybody will receive an e-mail.
