The 2004 WSOP Champ Greg Raymer is one of the players who made it to Day 2 in the Main Event of EPT Monte Carlo yesterday. Even though he was doing very well the whole day, he still got so annoyed and frustrated at one point that he threatened to punch another player at the table.
This is what happened... (Fossilman's own words).
"A player from Ukraine was teasing me all the time and he was telling me that I'm a really bad player etc. I told him to stop, but still he continued. I doubled up through him a bit later on, then he started getting even more annoying. This made me so angry that I said I would hit him if he didn't stop"
Fossilman was punished by the EPT crew and had to leave the table for a few rounds. One has to keep in mind that Fossiman is known to be one of the most calm and relaxed players in live tournaments. And according to himself, this is the first time something like this happens in his entire poker career (around 18 years).
"I apologized to him later on and he said he was sorry for what he did. This kind of stuff happens once in a while in bigger live tournaments. Its not a big deal"
