It was a very busy Sunday on PokerStars as there were several big tournaments running. The most interesting ones however were of course the Sunday Million ($1,000,000 guaranteed), Sunday Warm-Up ($500,000 guaranteed) and the MicroMillions main event ($1,000,000 guaranteed).

MicroMillions Main Event
Let's start off by having a look at the MicroMillions main event that concluded the brand new micro stakes series on Sunday (after 10 days with 100 events running 24/7). The main event attracted 54,065 players who either paid $20+$2 or won entrance through one of the many satellites. The last 3 players agreed upon a deal and "Zabaleta1" ended up taking home the biggest piece of the prize pool, earning $140,000! Apart from taking home the big first prize, "Zabaleta1" must be extremely happy to have been the last man standing in tournament that over 54k players took part in?!

Final table results:
1 Zabaleta1 $140,000
2 dannyboi1987 $90,781.72
3 sebastion86 $111,183.84
4 scanonerest $51,048.17
5 zhenjkoTy3 $33,174.28
6 DashkaShkoda $20,414.94
7 Anton Marcus $12,759.34
8 Gleb Zheglov $7,655.60
9 Maggus $5,103.73

Sunday Million
The weekly Sunday Million saw a big field of players as well. Not less than 7,194 players paid the buy-in of $200+$15 and created a prize pool of $1,438,000. After a four-handed deal on the final table, the third place finisher, "VyruAlus", took home the biggest cash - $166,282. "koka77" took home the title and $124,244. It was a well-deserved win as he was quite short stacked during the most part of the final table.

Final table results:
1 koka77 $124,244.87
2 kaltrapuf $123,571.54
3 VyruAlus $166,282.56
4 leroy112 $151,886.70
5 Franky054 $58,990.80
6 nicknick2233 $44,602.80
7 robinho $30,934.20
8 MammaPoker $17,265.60
9 DWAAYNE $11,150.70

Sunday Warm-Up
3,272 players entered the Sunday Warm-Up for $200+$15 each and started the long way towards the final table. After several hours of play, the remaining 3 players decided on deal. But unlike the Sunday Million, the chip leader at the time went on to take home the tournament. The winner, "Xading", received $98,331 for his fantastic effort while the runner up, "Dal0013", got $60,000 and the third place finisher "akport" received $74,962.

Final table results:
1 Xading $98,331.65
2 DALO013 $60,000
3 akport $74,962.85
4 Sharker_PL $37,628
5 Tom "tollgate" Grigg $27,812
6 jason jiang $21,268
7 Madcandle $14,724
8 EspBju $8,180
9 swissman29 $5,235.20

It would be nice to know how much did Zabaleta spent to get to the main event. Paying $0.11 to pass through three stages and ending up with $140k is the dream of almost everyone who gathers around those tables. I tried, but I didn’t even made it till the main event. Oh well, got to keep trying, maybe next time.

Zabaleta was a good player with other good results so maybe he bought in... I personally qualified through 2 satellites: 1st was a 43 man 20fpp with rebuy (first 4 got ticket to the 460fpp satellite - 3330 people registered on that one, first 1100 got the ticket). Unlucky though at the main event I busted with AK to AQ ffs... the field was horrible...way to many really bad players.. even in the final 30 or so there were a lot of fishies that gave some horrible bad beats to go on so.. meh
GG for Zabaleta
