The man who out-mastered the rest and won his second gold bracelet is a proffesional gambler from Louisiana by the name of Keith Lehr. Lehr won seven straight heads up matches and bagged $334,430 as this years's Heads Up Champion!
The final was against Paul Volpe which he defeated by hitting two pairs ( Q of diamonds on the turn and 8 of clubs on the river ). Paul Volpe held a two pair on the flop ( 6 and 3's ). WSOP legend JC Tran finished this event on 6th place ( earning him $54,545 ).
Keith Lehr won his first WSOP Gold Bracelet in 2003's event #30 ( $3,000 Pot Limit Hold'em ) and has cashed around $1.9 Million in total WSOP winnings.
