photo from pokerstarsblogOn Saturday, German poker pro Ole Schemion took down the EPT Grand Final €100,000 Super High Roller for close to €1.6 million. Schemion had been on a 2-3 months break from live tourneys before the win.

"I just wanted to take some time off and do something away from poker, so to come back and win the super high roller is really great," he told EPT reporters after the win.

On Monday, only two days after the big win, he came close to back-to-back High Roller titles in the $50k EPT Grand Final Super High Roller. Schemion made it to heads-up against fellow countryman Fabian Quoss. The two agreed to a deal which secured Schemion the biggest slice of the cake (Fabian Quoss €799,059 & Ole Schemion €857,241) with $50k left to play for.

Schemion: KClub5Club.

The flop rolled out ASpade4Heart8Diamond. The QClub on the turn secured Quoss the pot and the title. The two German high roller regulars shook hands and hugged while the dealer burned and put out the final card on the river: 3Spade.
