888poker XL Eclipse Series Returns with Almost $1.5 Million Guaranteed

Running from September 12 to 22, 888poker is proud to announce that their next edition of the XL Eclipse series will feature almost $1.5 million in guarantees spread across 34 events.

XL Eclipse, the much-awaited 888poker tournament series, will be returning this September! Players can participate in some or all of the 34 events lined up, sporting an overall prize pool worth $1,445,000.

The first tournament shall be the $109 buy-in Opening Event with $50,000 guaranteed, scheduled on September 12 at 18:00 GMT. Staying true to the tradition of the XL Series, there's going to be Mini/Micro ($16.50 buy-in) and Late ($55 buy-in) versions on the very same day.

The Main Highlight of the XL Eclipse Series
The crowning glory of the series is the $500,000 GTD Main Event. This is scheduled on the final day of the series, September 22, with a very affordable buy-in of $250.

If the Main Event's buy-in is quite steep for you, then the next one, the $50,000 GTD Mini Main Event could interest you instead as it carries a price-conscious $33 buy-in followed by an even more affordable Micro Main Event worth just $5.50 to enter.

Wait a minute! So... their $250 buyin game has half the guaranteed money than Sunday Million yet it would cost you twice to participate in it? That's not very economic is it? Even if it would run with less amount of players...

I noticed that 888 poker has two freerolls a day that offers qualifiers in this series tournaments. You can also play satellites to try to get the qualification. As usual, the opportunities are more profitable when you try to qualify with less money. Good luck guys.

cant say that I play this kind of tournaments at 888 poker,but as I can see on this list,they have something for everybody!so lot of tournaments,from just 5,50 $ to bigger buy in-s and its something that will attract lot of regular players at 888 site!good luck to all members who will play it!

I see that this is a series of tournaments not for the first or second time ... Apparently this tournament is very popular for some players ... several times I tried to go through the qualifying tournament but I didn’t succeed .... it's too difficult .... very many participants and, accordingly, it is very difficult to get a place in the final tournament

almost every poker room has its own series of Super tournaments which is held only in this poker room .... for 888 poker this is the coolest series of tournaments that I know .... therefore periodically hold such series of tournaments It is imperative that players who want to win big money had such an opportunity .... There is a chance to make money if you play in these series but these satellites must to be good. I understood that and i see. Many players don't play poker too often, but when are the series, they try to play many satellites and after that, if they qualify for major tournaments, they want to make a lot of money. Many of them got this and made a lot of money.
