The 2025 World Series of Poker full schedule has now been released by the WSOP this February.
The richest, most prestigious and longest-running poker series - the World Series of Poker (WSOP) is back this year to bring an unforgettable live poker action for everyone!

The 56th annual WSOP returns to the Las Vegas Strip from May 27 to July 16, 2025 at the Horseshoe Las Vegas and Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, offering nearly 700 tables, more variety, several new events, and of course, the highly coveted WSOP Main Event Bracelet.
This year, a record-breaking total of 100 bracelets - the most at a live WSOP in history - will be awarded across a span of eight weeks.
2025 WSOP Online Bracelets
With New Jersey, Michigan, and Nevada now united on the WSOP Online platform, an exciting schedule of online bracelet events is expected. In 2024, the combined market hosted 30 events, and 2025's schedule is expected to be just as extensive.
Pennsylvania currently has seven online events on WSOP PA, but if it joins the MSIGA by Q1 2025, it will merge with the other states' player pool, likely expanding the schedule to 40 or 50 events. If not, WSOP PA will likely continue with a smaller series, similar to 2023 and 2024. The official schedule has yet to be released.
WSOP Online is currently running monthly promotions offering Main Event seats, available to players in Pennsylvania, Nevada, New Jersey, and Michigan. International players will have to wait for GGPoker to run their Main Event giveaway.
WSOP+ App
The WSOP is set to launch its WSOP+ app for the 2025 World Series of Poker in Las Vegas. This free app is designed to enhance and streamline your WSOP experience, giving you easy access to the latest announcements, keeping you updated on the tournament clock, and offering quick access to all other important information.
While the WSOP+ app has been used at other events, such as the Bahamas festival, this year will be its first time to be made available for the main live series in Vegas.
2025 WSOP Main Event
The highlight of the 2025 WSOP will be the $10,000 NLHE World Championship, best referred to as "The Main Event", which is scheduled July 2 to 16.
Last year's WSOP Main Event attracted a total of 10,112 entrants, in which Jonathan Tamayo was crowned as its champion. He took home $10 million. Born in Humble, Texas, the 38-year-old Tamayo has managed to put his name in the WSOP record books alongside his friend/roommate/2015 Main Event champion Joe McKeehen.
The main attraction of the WSOP, the $10,000 buy-in Main Event, will play down to a final table of nine players on Sunday, July 13. The winner will then be crowned after a two-day final table action on July 15 and 16.
New WSOP Owner
In 2024, NSUS Group Inc., the parent company of GGPoker, acquired the World Series of Poker (WSOP) from Caesars Entertainment for a staggering $500 million!
Although Caesars Entertainment no longer owns the World Series of Poker, the casino giant will still continue to lease the Horseshoe and Paris properties to the new owners for around the next 20 years.
The deal, which was made just two weeks after the conclusion of the 2024 WSOP, was finalized in October. Rumors about the acquisition had been circulating during last summer's series, and it turns out those rumors were spot on.
While the overall schedule remains largely unchanged, there are several exciting new additions and adjustments aimed at enhancing the experience for the thousands of players expected to flock to Las Vegas this summer.

- Event #79: $100,000 High Roller Pot-Limit Omaha
- Event #87: $5,000 Super Turbo Bounty No-Limit Hold'em
- Event #93: $3,000 T.O.R.S.E.
WSOP Event #1
The 2025 WSOP series will begin with the return of the $1,000 Mystery Millions tournament. With a $1 million top bounty and a $1 million prize for the winner, this event offers a major incentive for players to jump into the WSOP action early in the summer. Multiple starting flights make this thrilling format appealing to players of all bankrolls and backgrounds.
Satellites
Want to join in on the WSOP action but don't want to break the bank? Good news, as this year's WSOP has plenty of satellite events available. These satellites give you the chance to win your way into a big buy-in event for less!
