The top-rated sitcom shall be seen again very soon via slot machines, thanks to producers Warner Bros and Castle Rock Entertainment having given the license to gambling company Scientific Games, which have unveiled its slot machine version at the Global Gaming Expo held in Las Vegas last Tuesday, September 27.
Slot players who are also fans of the sitcom shall definitely love to see again the main characters Jerry Seinfeld, his ex-girlfriend Elaine Benes, Cosmo Kramer and George Costanza.
The company says that the slot machines' feature-rich gameplay totally captures the antics of the Seinfeld characters, their quirky plotlines and timeless humor. Chief executive Derik Mooberry adds that the five-screen cabinet "truly delivers an unforgettable slot experience that transports players all the way to 81st Street on New York City's Upper East Side."
Castle Rock Entertainment COO Greg Paul said, "We're pleased to showcase the wit, humor and antics of Seinfeld in an all-new and exciting format. As part of the global lexicon, the hit television series is ingrained in our pop-culture with favorite moments and phrases - like Yada, Yada, Yada, Master Of Your Domain, Man-Hands, Double-Dipping, The Costanza Wallet and so many more - this game is sure to reinvigorate these memories for fans."
Special features include a Festivus wheel, named after the sitcom's made-up holiday, a bonus section based on The Contest, and a live video featuring the ‘Soup Nazi'.
To this day, Seinfeld continues to be a cash cow, 18 years after the final episode aired on TV. The comedy show has made over £2 billion in repeat fees alone, while its DVDs are the fastest-selling and highest-grossing titles of all time.
