I am not sure how you "applied' so I will try to walk you through.
Go to your mob account, top right corner of this page, scroll down to where it says which no deposit bonuses can I get ,click show me the list.
If party poker comes up on that list just click on it and follow instrutions. if not there, others will show that you are eligable for.
Just to make sure, have you sent in proper id etc to BRM ??

sometimes you have to register your billing information before you can get the real money bonus.

ye sometimes you have to proof your id information to them.. just contact their support and its clear what u have to do and what is the problem there we cant help here much either except there is someone here who works for pp..

yes sometimes you have to register your id information and even send a copy on u id

You must have skipped a step man.
I got my PartyPoker bonus within 24 hours of applying.

Did you remember to register your info at the cashier?
Did you fill in your PartyPoker info here at BRM?

Not sure when you requested NDB, but if just before writing this post I think you just need to wait.
The NBD means that, in fact, BankrollMob is making your first deposit and they need some time to do so. It doesn't happen automatically.

I can see the bonus under the Bonuses tab, but I can't claim it unless I deposit. I tried to join Cash Games, but they want me to deposit too. Anyone experiencing the same problem? Club

Edit: I set my Cashier information correctly.
