If it's your first time depositing then you get moved to the first deposit bonus instead. If you wish to continue the bankroll builder bonus then you'll have to go to live support before depositing and they'll keep you in the bankroll builder promo when you make your first deposit.
If you already deposited, you can still go to live support and i'm sure they'll be able to sort it out and still put you on the bankroll promo.
I might suggest that if you do deposit, you should do the first deposit bonus instead, you get more value out of it.
If you're currently not doing any bonuses, then go up to live support and ask them to put you on 30% rakeback. Doesn't matter if you took no deposit, first deposit or both, you can still get rakeback once you finish any bonuses.
