I believe that in lower stakes you can have a better winrate $/100 hands playing fixed limit, within your bankroll management of course. The same stake at PLO can be more profitable if you are a good player, but it requires a stronger bankroll.
But the most profitble game is the game you are focused on, the game you like to play and the game you have experience.
hmmmmmm... I wish you had included that you are ONLY talking about the differences between different types of poker. Let's not forget we are supposed to WORK for a living
But if your question is about the difference between no limit, pot limit or limit hold'em, and NOT taking into account the difference between stakes, I do indeed think that NO LIMIT is the fastest way to make some good money, but it's not as easy as many people make it seem to be.
Let's not forget that no limit hold'em is a game that requires the most skill, patience and experience of the 3 (not talking about other variants of poker). AND if you take it a step further, no limit is without question the game that also requires a good deal of psychology (reading players or making other players read you wrong), much more than the other versions.
So... in my opinion, go with no limit if you want to make the most money, but please don't make it seem it's a piece of cake. As my fellow members said before me : it can swing enormously, so don't start playing no limit before being ready for it (starting with Limit, going to Pot Limit and only then starting with No Limit seems a good "learning process" to me, not to mention you lilit your RISKS at the beginning and gradually allow YOURSELF to take more risks.

I haven't spent a lot of time with PLO, since PKR does not offer PLO ring games. However, from what I've read from other people in the know, playing skilful PLO is the way to go.
Most of these supposed new pro's (Dwan, Isildur,etc) get pounded on in PLO. PLO might as well be no limit for all intensive purposes, but the skill sets needed are a little different. NLH is probably the fastest way to earn money (If your solid) with the prizes they have in MTT's.

I think yes, No limit allow you to win a lot of money in less time than the other... and less time than work too But not yet for me maybe in the future

one of my friends works as a dealer in a casino, he said plo is the most profitable game there. nlh is easy to learn (at least the basics), but in plo there are people who don't know the rules, some don't know that they have to use two of their cards, so it is easy money for a good player. many players tend to overplay their hands when they've played holdem before, so you get good payouts. the hi/lo games which are usually limit games can be profitable, too, because they are more complex.
btw. just because its pot-limit it doesn't mean the pots are smaller than in no-limit.

I think it is the fastest way (for me only) because i don't play no other then NL.... But i heared gr8 players in PLO can earn better then gr8 in NL , PLO is more skill game.

I dont think so, since you can win more money, but you can lose more money too... So i just think it depend of the feeling of the player (and of his skills too). If u are good in one style of poker, thats there that youll make the fastest money. So for me, its not depending of the type of poker but of the player himself

Yes i do think thats the case.but its also the fastes way to loose your bankroll we all have those bad beat days i gues and then its difficult not to keep trying
maybe in the future
