Yesterday i was at 90% ( about 570 of 600 points) of lvl4 no deposit big bet bankroll builder. I was grinding about 3 hours this night to finish this step, and now i cant find anything about bonus. (before it was at player admin/bonus) Confused

they have changed things again so you will have to contact support or maybe John will tell those of us who are still doing this where to go

They can finish promo when they want? That is apsurd. Shock

This mail i got minute ago:

At the level you are at the moment that is level 3, you have earned 380 of 400 vip points needed to clear the level. You can not see the VIP points due to the fact that we are upgrading and incorporated to Rewards points. We will be able to keep track on the bonuses. The system does it automaticaly.

As you've seen we're making changes so that you can have BigBetRewards Points instead of VIP points (which you could only use for tournament entries). For those of you on the Bankroll Builder promo it means we will be working it in a slightly different way and you will get your bonuses as rewards points instead of cash into your account automatically. We'll communicate this to the players on the promo directly but as always, if you have any questions then please come through Live Support.

Hi John,

Could you explain me this situation:

On my bigbets reward page now i have:

Available BB Rewards 4,610 (before i had 0)
BB Points 625 (if this is the same like "old" points i should have 570+yesterdays grinding)

How much points i need to get to 4th level of bankroll builder? Apparently i have 620 points which is in "old points" more then enough for new step. But new step dollars arent there yet Disagree

p.s. Sorry for my bad english. Big Smile
