Firstly I don't think you necessarily need more than the min buy in. It's more than most short stackers take to an online table but then it's easier to just re-buy chips online. I would recommend that you take more money than you intend to buy in with so that if you have a bad beat, you can reload but don't take an endless supply of cash, leave your credit card at home, and set yourself a limit you're prepared to lose. Don't be too disappointed if you don't finish with more money and don't gamble with anything you'd be afraid to lose.
Don't be too quick to buy in. It pays to observe the action and get to know the table first. The size of your stack compared to others is important but it isn't vital to have an average stack imo. If there are some big spenders at the table you will simply need to use short stack strategy. You can find lots of stuff about this online.
As to whether you play tight or aggressive, it's not massively different from online or in tournaments in that you adapt to how others play. eg If the table is tight, take advantage by carefully stealing but folding when running into unusual aggression. You will also have your own playing style that works for you. Some of the best pros are aggressive players but others work on having a tight reputation.
The differences between live and online are obvious. There is more reliance on physical tells and psychology whereas online poker relies more on maths skills. However cash games can be looked at more in the pure mathematical sense than tourneys. In tourneys you have to think about survival and consider your opponent is also. An all in has no significance in cash games since money lost is the same. You can treat each hand in a cash game separately by working out the odds. If you have a 25% chance of catching your draw and your op raises a third of the pot, you fold even if you are a big stack. In tourneys its more complicated but each hand in cash games is a self contained mathematical problem.
Other than this my advice is to read up on general poker skills. Good luck if you decide to play.

you need at least 200 times the big blind in your bankroll to be able to play strategically in poker... otherwise youll gonna get broke... thats the ultimate goal in poker..

No i dont think you 200 times the blind i think 40 or 50 blinds your good that means you can play over lets well 8 or 9 times 40 and you do the math thats how many hands you could potentially play

Take your time to settle in, relax and find the LAG and TAG players on the table....
Once you know the nits from the blasters play your position and know your opponents, you have been playing for 10 years so i can't see that you don't have some basic strategy for cash game yet?

play loose and if its cheap get in with suited Ax and always (if its cheap) pocket pairs are great for busting small raisers with AK AQ get then all the time limping or min raising. You just got to know when to let them go ..lol

We don't have the money to do so. We just have 60 or only 30 big blinds, and no chance to reload. So we need to get lucky anyway.

Starting from NL1$ its not the best idea. Try NL 0.10$ and climg up only if you are winning player. And on this level is only one right strategy: tight aggressive.
