I think i asked this once and answer from admin was that you Need to have made account with aproved bonus on it .. but Mb it chanched so better buzz you message and wait for admin he will say you ^_^

It is possible. I've had the same on full tilt and still received cash from mobpoints into my account

Im not sure I follow you. I have been playing on Full Tilt for over a year now. I did not sign up for them through your web page. When i get 5000 points will I be able to have the cash put on my Full Tilt account?

You can cash out your mobpoints normally, think about it you ca cashout to an e-wallet why would not you be able to cashout to any pokeroom you want the way you want?
so better buzz you message and wait for admin he will say you ^_^
