No clue I'm afraid. We don't have anything to do with the 3rd party solutions on the market and we certainly don't supply them with reformatted data of any description.

It is supposedly possible with 3rd party tool as John mentioned. Would I use that software, hmm, I don`t think so. When I saw that page had urge to make my own converter.

Holdem manager supports merge now, I use PT3 for my UB bankroll but why would you need to use it on merge? Merge has the worst players found nowhere else, its easy to win against them even without a hud. Theres no need to use HUDs on merge in my opinion. Hoping merge might follow cake and ban it outright.
It is not about the HUD. It is more about statistics about winnings and losing. Also handanalyzes of my own hands. But don't use this Fred to start a discussion about Tracker Software
