Please read this post from top to bottom even though its long one.

I suppose that you have to send in some documents to them before you can withdraw or your withdrawal is processed, so you might consider doing this before anything else to cut down the waiting time. Usually its ID or drivers license and utility bill showing your name.

Second, email support and ask them have you fulfilled playthrough/wagering requirement.

If you have to deposit at least $50 or currency equivalent then it might be a good idea to check with support will you automatically receive 10%-15% alternative method bonus. If you get that bonus you cannot make a withdrawal until playthrough is meet for it. Some casinos issue this bonus automatically but in Bellini terms is stated that you have to email support to get it. If I were you I would check this before depositing.

BE AWARE. Playtech support is not always responsive as they should be and will try to play various tricks on you, such as:

-not giving you direct answer or answer at all, hiding the real truth. For example, you may get from them "Your ID has been verified" then you make a deposit only to find out that your utility bill was not verified. In some cases they might say that you have to make a deposit but forget to mention that you have to wager deposit and money certain amount before you can withdraw. Stuff like that
-ask them if it is not written in terms which methods are available for withdrawal. Some casinos use this method to keep money. For example, it is logical and stated in general terms that only methods that were used to deposit could be used for withdrawal but if this was some no deposit promo it may have special terms attached to it preventing you to withdraw using any other method than specified in specific bonus terms, not general terms.
-also check what is the maximum amount that you can withdraw, these days most of the no deposit offers have maximum cashout rule with various ranges, from 1x to 10x or some fixed amount ($100, $50). Ask support will bonus money be taken from withdrawal amount and will that maximum cashout amount include your deposit. For example, it is not the same if you have maximum cashout of $20 or $100 when you have to make $50 deposit and they include your deposit into $100. Also if they limit your withdrawal options to cheque (check) or bank transfer there will be some fees that you will have to play which will take significant portion of that amount.

Once you have all the information you need weigh the benefit/risk ratio. Is it profitable to give out too many personal details and make a deposit of $50 to be able to withdraw $20 extra. Ladbrokes has recently been "victim" (actually players not Ladbrokes) of identity theft. Database with all the details on players (from names to detailed info about payment methods they used, credit card numbers) was offered for sale online and if I remember correctly somewhere between 50,000 to 60,000 players were in that database.

Every newbie to online casinos should follow these "guidelines" not just you.
