I would think you would have to wait for your account to be approved. Until then, enjoy the play money tables. Who knows, if you win enough play chips you could try to sell them and start a bankroll that way
I consider a good support team a MAJOR asset and a necessity for all poker sites. They need to be to-the-point, quick to answer and of course friendly. Problem with most online supports is that they leave you waiting for several minutes without giving you any notice, and also that many of them "jump in" on their own initiative without having called them, to offer a promotion or to assist where you don't need or want assistance. If they do this, and they often do, while you're in a game, that's a nono and completely wrong.

Hello everybody! I tried the live suport PKR. It is fast and efficient . PokerStars and fulltlit is very little problem not even need help frankly they are top sites for that. See you soon for new posts!
I think a very good online support is not only a plus but it's essential for succesful site; and ad for me, I decide to make a deposit or not also taking information about it

Support down...surly not how can this happen if the site is online? Poor support there then? Great support can make a poor site so much more easy to live with...as long as you feel there is someone there to help / assist you when things are not going quite right. Even if they cant fix an issue there and then as long as you feel its being delt with it can make all the difference Poor support poor site
