Hello everybody! I've never played poker in Casinos sorry. Only the games on the internet. But I think I would take the maximum buy-in for the best strategic option. See you soon for new posts!

Maximum always I guess. You should always have enough cash to react to every moment. Having the best hand and such. You don't want to play against bigger banksrolls then you.
I don't play at the casino often, but I always sit with the minimum, and have been profitable every time so far. I've usually been leaving the tables with about 3x the buy in.
why isn't there an option "in between" ??? In a real casino, I never buy-in with the minimum, but not with the maximum either. Buying in with the minimum makes you seem like a donkey, a newbie that doesn't want to take any risks. But buying in with the maximum holds a great risk when playing against agressive players that you don't know yet. They may trick you into going all-in, and then you stand to lose your entire stack and perhaps even bankroll for the night in one game. That's no risk I want to take. I always buy-in with half of the maximum. That way I have enough leverage and still cover myself against going all-in too heavily.

I always buy in with 40% of max... Its like playing capped, you still have some weight behind your bets but don't risk being bullied out of your pot. You can also play loose and aggressive to build a good table image before you tighten up your game....

i would a voted half an half if i had the choice i usually enter the table with half the stack (on a 1-2 dollar table with a min of 50 $ and a max of 500 $ i would enter with 250 $)
minimum, of course. I don't play anymore casino games because I don't have chances to check what rellay happens; playing against other oppo gives you possibility to study moves and reactions
------------ OK, I must apologize: I didn't understand a f**k. You were talking about real casino and no internet casino games; I prefer to start with low buyin.

depends on what the maximum is, if the maximum is 100 bb like in online poker, i would say maximum, but when its very deepstacked (like 300bb or more) i probably wouldn't. a minimum of 20bb like on most online tables would be to less. SSS in livegames must be the most boring way to play poker.
