If an account is not used for a longer period of time (i guess 6 month) Party starts to charge a fee. Maybe that wiped out your remaining money.

Better contact PartyPoker and ask them why they took your money. Its the best what you can do. Hope you will have soon an answer from them and it was just a mistake.

as you have joined recently i take you got your bonus few days ago, in that case i don't think they'll charge fee.
they must be requiring some documents from you so they can verify your account, try contacting their support to be sure

Party Poker isn't a rip off, I've never been charged if my account has been dormant and if I leave it empty for a while they ship me $50 to play with free Big Smile

The rake is mega high, but it's worth it as they players are god awful.

I once had a party account too, and remember that there was something about not using your account for a long time, could be a fee. If that is not the case, probably you lost your cash and don't remember it. Don't drink and play. Blink

The Inactive Account Fee will be deducted from your account balance on the day following the (end of the) 180-day grace period (i.e., day 181) and then every thirty (30) days thereafter if your account remains inactive.

For example: If the Inactive Account Fee is €5.00 EUR, and your account is inactive for seven (7) months, then you will have to pay a €5.00 EUR charge at the end of the 180-day grace period (day 181) and then every thirty (30) days thereafter if your account remains inactive.

Note: The amount €5.00 EUR is used only as an example. You should consult the Inactive Account Fee Schedule for the Inactive Account Fee amount.
