Not sure if they do it every single month, but they do it regularly. In my opiniion, it's a waste of time unless you are a pro. There is no way you can catch up with the massive amount of rake the regulars take in if you play as a recreational player. You have to get in a consistent 8/10 hours a day to make it
last one had more then 1000$ 
my monthly rakeback is only 50$ or so
