hi, i was remembering when i started to play holdem poker i was a really bad fish and had many invitations to play poker in my cousin's house, i used to limp in every hand and then i tried to got to the river if i had any chance to get a straight. but now i have too much experience and ive read many articles and web pages so i have a little better play than the ABC of poker now i still havent got too much money (and i am not invited to play poker with my cousins very often) but at least i know that with a good bankroll management the 150 dollars that i have got may be enough to play for a long time even if am not getting lucky and now i am completly addicted to poker

Good for you.! Keep the love and the faith and i'm sure you will continue to lern the game and you never know with enough love a nd dedicatin you could become as famous as Phil Ivey, and have all the cah you need to play till the day you die..
I see a future (semi)pro in the making. Read one or two books, atleast read doyle's book! It's the love of the game we come back for, not the easy money, still poker would be no fun without the money!! I remember I first saw a pokergame in some movie on television, I was maybe 5 or 6 and immediately felt a special connection to the game, it was crazy! Never played it until first time ONLINE and I was allready 22 by that time but everytime I saw it on tv I felt that feeling and I knew it was my game. I have not made life changing money yet but I do ok, its like a hustle but nothing about it is illegal, damn, I love ONLINE poker!

Are you serious or just being sarcastic? It's real easy and it's the best IF you play a lot of games but maybe also when you play a few games, it's just another sort of edge in poker to have against your opponents and offcourse to protect yourself against bad beats, coolers and such. The main rule is that you do not put op more than a certain percentage of youre bankroll at stake. Some people do 1%, some people 5 or 10 % and some even do 0,5%. It's 1,2,3, so I do not understand what kind of advice you are seeking, how about: play better!

I know what it is! I just never can stick to it.. Always over extend myself... Never have a roll and when I do, I have way too much of it in play.. I play good enough to win at consistent level but I know damn well my problem is managing the bankroll.. I just don't know when to quit! I have short fuse and snap off then up stakes or sit with whole roll until eventually something bad happens.. I'm an idiot what can I say...

i know what you mean. My game is also much better than in the beginning. But if you play with your fishy friends, they still call any bet for thei flushdraws... and finally they get it.... xD

Keep it up. I still can't say that I have become a better poker player or that I have plugged my worst leaks...in fact I think I still have a very inconsistent play...

Ye keep it up, best thing u can do is to study and learn tactics more and more even study more then u play poker, and then when u start winning then play more then u study :d
