PlayersOnly poker site is bailing on the Cake Poker Network and changing there name to PlayAces and moving to the Merge Network, Dang I was braging 2 months ago how good they were and then they got rid of a lot of the daily freerolls now there moving to Merge Network, I think this is going to be there downfall
Its suppose to change over I think on the 17th.
What do all you who play at PlayersOnly think about this move
And does anyone know if there is any good games on Merge

The Merge network player base is only around 10% of Cake networks player base. But a lot of rooms are making this move in the last month, so maybe this will change a bit.

this is true, a lot of poker rooms nowadays are moving from one room to another. the problem here is that you may be allowed to play on the current network and next thing you know is that you're country is now banned because of the move to a new network. happened to me already.

They also said that when you click on the icon when they change over it will automatically remove playersonly files and install the new one automatically, does that seem right they do this auto

Dont know nothing about the Players Only, but Ive got nothing aganst Merge net. I play in Cake from time to time cashgames and I think the site is really good . Not much tourney players in there so chances to win big are good and most cases GDT prizepool is way bigger than all buy ins together.

I dont know if it will be the end of PlayerOnly, but they will have to do something in order to get around the crisis. Maybe they can join another group, a stronger one, or make a final bet (kind of all in) in a promotional campaign, like calling a big poker name to represent them and call more real money players! Theres got to be a solution, and news like this are very bad publicity!

well atleast you got a warning. its just that when the poker room im on changed network, i was unaware since i did not have internet back then so when i logged in, i was surprised to see that it says "your country of residence are not allowed to play on this poker site"!! what's worse is that ive still got money there around $80 that i wasn't able to take out.

There changing there name from playersonly to playaces and the network, seems to me it would be illegal for them to transfer any of your information to the new site, to me that would be violating many laws, look for lawsuits to come on this i bet

It is not so uncommon that a pokerroom has switched the network.

Hello everybody! This kind of flexibility is really not good for the brand I think. I suppose that this will change many things for the players! See you soon for new posts lol!
really i don't care, i don't play there but i think it will survive cause people will still deposit and play there, cause of the multimillion pokerplayers on the world there will be enough playing there
