Good article.. Id like to add something you may have forgotten..Lets say a player has 400 dollars plays a 10 dollar tournament ends up winning 4000 dollar and thinks now they can move to higher stakes because there bankroll is at 4000.. So he or she uses BRM but doesnt realize there not entirely good enough to play those stakes so they lose alot of money...So therefore they have to down stakes to learn more.. Thats all i wanted to add. Let me no what you think

Does anyone think it's a little strange that Dozn01 is trying to give others advice on BM? He lost his and some of mrnuggers roll in one night... Just an observation guys.

------------
In response to jpodo... I see where you're coming from but that shouldn't be an issue as one should only be using 1-2% of their BR for any single tourney buy in anyways. I would certainly hope that they would realize that they were outclassed long before they burned through any significant amount of money. Just my humble opinion.

I agree jhutch but sometime people do 2-5 percent of there bankroll depending on how good you are. Also other players sometimes dont figure it out in time that they think they can beat that game it was me like 3 years ago just saying.

I really agree with that, but it count only if oyu have some amount of money - For example - if you get 10 dollars NDB - you cant play it from start with the BRmanagement rules - you cant sign in anything with 10 dollars and on the lowest stakes, you have really no chance to clear your bonus...

Well if you are on a short BR this can be difficult. My advice for those in that situation is to start off playing Limit Holdem as you require a much smaller roll for it.

lmao ........... your good....
wow i made 1 mistake by trying to rush to treble the bankroll which i had i knew the risk and i lost simple but dont start to put me down and my threads,

everyone makes mistakes i thought il be clever and as i know i could easy do the job in 1 night,
but due to bad luck and bankrollmanagement i failed get over it i did,

if me and mrnugger sat down and talked about the deal and he said there were no time limit to reach the target thing would of been different..........

i should of used bankroll management tryed to be a clever dik as i know am a good player,

this is getting so boring now..........past is past........ deal the cards for the next round ffs
