I'm sorry to hear that you had issues with Paradise Poker, but frankly, where's your manners? That's no way to talk to an employee if you want an issue solved.
If we were to remove all sites that have unhappy customers, we wouldn't be able to offer any sites at all - and this goes for pretty much all businesses in the whole world.
Here another information from their website which isnt true:

------------ sorrya, but my manners have been gone after 3 days an over 12 chats with the support! I read several threads on the inet that paradise poker did this things to the players. And you by not warning such sites just shows that your only interest seems to be in making money, not at all satisfying your members more. The only site where they makle publicity for PARADISE poker is BRM , loked at several others, and paradise is banned by all of them.... Dont think that this is a coincidence. I played on all major sites and never somthing like that occured, they always resolve the problems
the point is that i was polite 12 times before... they told me we will refund in 1 hour, then we will refund by midngiht, thaen: we will refund after 48hours... in the end they did nothing at all, and sorry, after endless polite conversations, the last chance was to use aggresive language, I mean, what can we as small poker players do against robbers like them. Simple answer: nothing. Bankrollmob could make some presurre on the small sites at wehich its fairly known that they are not always acting correctly, but BRM does nothing too... So what I learned: NEVER EVER PLAY at small poker rooms. even if you get a POKER GIFT, NO DEP Bonus or whatever. Otherwise you risk spending hours for nothing, to get robbed.
Support is often mediocre because of the lack of power that many employees have to actually solve problems but you can often take steps that will help you. Being clear and concise, patient and sometimes repeating yourself when not understood. What you did was not this.
Good luck with your cash though, I know it sucks to feel robbed.

I agree that Paradise Poker provides a substandard quality to their gaming experience. But your actions and manners with the employee were WAAAAAY out of line. What were you trying to achieve there, really? Do you behave in the same manner face-to-face, or only over the net?
Anyway, if I hava a grudge against a business, I take myself away from it.
