it can be such a slowass-site sometimes, esp. with GIFTS and cashouts (to pokersites/neteller/ moneybookers) or whatever. Is there like just one person checking all the requests (are there really more then 20+ a day?) and does this person also have another job? It's a huge site, that's a fact (active and 'non-active' members) so maybe it's time to do something about that. Offcourse it's been a couple years and everything is fine how it is, but it can always be better and in this case a lot better. Thank you for your time, criticism is not a sin!

But I want say that BRM is working farst enough, if you dont recive fasrt enough money from gift offer is more probably becouse poker room dont responf farst enough to BRM. For me for example was more then 1 week to recive gift offer from WinnerPoker, but Im sure becouse Winner aproved or give info too slow. For Nuts Poker it was farst enough (around 4 working days). About cash outs 5k points to my moneybookers it was very fast all the time, 2 times request cashouts and all the time money was in my moneybookers acount next day. So I think BRM is the best.

had no problems with BRM, so far. Always get my bonuses in 2-3 workingdays(depends on how fast the poker site works, not BRM). Get cashout next day in my accout.
If I have 5000 points and want to cashout to moneybookers it should not take more than 24 hours I think, these payment methods exist so we can transfer $ fast(er) and maybe Im wrong but last time I used cashout (long time ago) it took a couple of days, now I have made use of the Nuts promo and within 1 day I got the points and claimed my gift of 5000 points.. still processing, no problem, this I understand, they have to check if I did collect 100 points but I also know that when it is processed and I cashout it will take a couple more days to transfer to moneybookers and that is just too slow. Yes, BRM is a good site, only one I keep comin back to (and no, not for the interesting discussions) and always check up on but we all know that and it has been said a 1000 times, so really no need to keep repeating it. Also Nutspoker is the slowest with cashing out, normally it's no problem, but sometimes you need all the bits of money cause together it's a grand prize or something whatever. Pokerstars and Fulltilt are the fastest, never used banktransfer with pokerstars but cashout to moneybookers is max. 2 hours!
Ps. 2 guys say the next day in moneybookers-account, that's good news, like I said last time I used it - by the way, those 5000 mobpoints were the start of my pokerwinnings and bankroll so far, never deposited my own money, thanks to BRM, so I know it's a great site and for me, probably the best! - it took a couple of days but I will wait offcourse, but sometimes 'complaining' will help!

no its surely not a sin ! guess each company/business is up for critism. but in this case i have to say your probalby only seeing the "active forum" members....keep in mind they have over 200k member so they cant do a daily financial cashout but once a week. and beside that they working on new bonuses/relations/connections/ whatever u call it and other stuff....and i have to say they are doing a very good job as i see - as outsider.
sometimes you might get it withing 24h (because you requested the cashout the day they usualy do it) and sometimes you might wait a couple more days....but all in all - who cares ? your gonig to get it earlier or sooner as long as you fullfill their terms, and i dont think your "living" is depending on it ???
thats why i think your complaining isnt appropriate.

I agree with this, except the weird last line, that I fail to understand.
But i dont think even 2 weeks would be waiting to long for BRM to cash out your points. It would be a bummer, but I don't see how you're complaining like you are. For a site giving out free s**t, they have pretty good support, pretty fast bonus's and pretty fast cash-outs IMHO.

Wow, good answer until the last part. Yes, I do need the money! Like I said, one small amount is not much but a whole lot of small amounts is a planeticket or whatever you need or want.. Anyway, offcourse Im gonna wait and wasnt really complaining.
