Bad play mostly blinds are 800/1600 and from what you say no ante(weird). But whatever
You raised pre-flop to 4800 but we dont know if its button or SB but let's say it was only you and BB. Pot after you raise is 9600(4800+4800) the flop is 225(so drawing to 46 straight and over pair possible but we dont worry about it) you bet 1600 so excuse me but you raise 4800 on pre-flop, but now you betting mini-bet and giving great odds to draw to straight even if pair is on board. rest streets are the same. But from what you say you got 15200 (5000+3600+1800+4800) so after you raised 1/3 of you stack the correct play was all in on flop. Guy with 23 was pretty wack too if its makes any difference.
Edit: you probally got little more cause i miss this line "you was short with QT" but the play won't change much, still if you want to raise pf you all in on flop.
