I ran my free $7.70 up to 4 figures .Then i try to withdraw my hard earned money and they tell me you must make a deposit 1st?????? ok so i deposit the minimum £30 and then request a withdrawl - they make you wait 4 days incase you change your mind !!! After 4 days they tell me my money will be paid within 10 days !!!!! after 10 days they tell me i must send in copies of passport and credit card and all bank details ( VERY SAFE THEY ASSURE ME ) after i faxed them 6 times with my documents ( they keep telling me they cant read them ) they eventually accept them.4 weeks later still no money - they tell me that they didnt know what currency i wanted -JOKE so i tell them £GBP please .then they tell me they couldnt contact me by phone - strange as they managed to phone me all the time when they wanted me to deposit.eventually they phone me and tell me money will be paid into my account .6 weeks after i try to cash out i am still waiting !!!!!!!!! i contact them and they tell me you will receive your money "within the best delays " WTF !!!!!!!!! please dont play on this site as you are wasting your time and DONT make a deposit of your own money - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

after over 6 weeks i have finally beeen paid out BUT - they decided to use wire transfer (even after they insisted i had to deposit with my card inorder to withdraw) and i have been charged £24 for the privelage !!!!! robbing SCUM

Call by phone !!!!!!!!!!! Their 24hr customer support is an answer phone in a london flat, and they never return your calls . their online support is allways turned off .So you can only contact them by e-mail which takes forever . you usually get the same joke of a reply - "Your issue will be dealt with within the best delays " DONT PLAY ON THIS SIE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
