Can you believe this? Could it only happen in the USA?
A jury of her peers awarded a woman from Austin, Texas $780,000 after breaking her ankle tripping over a toddler who was running amok inside a furniture store. The owners of the store were understandably surprised at the verdict, considering the misbehaving tyke was the woman's own son.
A 19 year old youth from Los Angeles won $74,000 and medical expenses when his neighbour ran his hand over with a Honda Accord. The young man apparently didn't notice someone was at the wheel of the car whose hubcap he was trying to steal.
lol,, yes and its all BPs fault cant understand why there complainig about all that free oil there getting at the moment, I mean there quick enough to invade to get oil so why complain when its free?

but this is not possible in America only... When someone wants to get into your home and you put the windows, for example, under elicitricity so no thiefs can get in, you will be punished in any country by law aswell imo

i Believe 2000+-2years by mc donalds 40 years old woman buy a coffe sit in car drive and the coffe drop down over her legs. In my country (czech republic) if you catch someone robbing your house and you injury him or even kill him then you will go to jail because he didnt wanted to injury you...he just wamted to rob you so you cant injure him . One thing I like on America is that if someone breaks in your house you take your shotgun,blow his head off and call a police...and nobody has right to take whats yours or tresspass on your parcel. I have a friend whos in jail cause he cought robber and gave him few decent punches in head...
