It's in the terms & conditions of the casino site when you sign up, which you (at least in all the cases I know of) tick a box to agree having read. It's impossible for us to keep up-to-date with all the countries for all our offers, it's only the no deposit poker offers that we are able to do this with since we make special deals with the sites.
