To all you losing players out there. Man up and face the truth. Online Poker is not rigged!!! If you are continuously losing it is because you suck at poker not because there is a worldwide conspiracy against you. Any of you guys notice that it's usually the micro stakes players making this claim? Lmao. Like its even worth it for the sites to scam players who buy in for like $2 in a NLHE game. Thats just sounds ridiculous to me any thoughts on this?

nope u pretty much summed it up i think?...uve been here for almost 3years this is ur first post and only taken 1 ndb..havent won the draw or safe so what exactly have u been doin lol?...u should be posting more in the forum and maybe give ur oppinion on why its not rigged more often..

I actually forgot that I even was a member here lol until I stumbled upon it again recently. I have accounts on all the sites that have NDB's on them already so I kinda got screwed as far as that goes lol. And as far as high court cases what you are most likely referring to is the use of "Super User" accounts in which certain players could see other players hole cards. This happened on AP and more recently on UB and has since been taken care of by those sites. I personally have never heard of anything along the lines of flops being rigged or anything like that.

What do post matter lol, at least this guy has more brains then all of these players who think they can play, but still lose. Then saying it's rigged lol

This has been thru the threads here atleast 2-3 times why they sued FT.
The reasons were not being rigged, but that FT programme TILTware creators and owners are partly the same persons - so basically they sell the TILTware system to all FT owners and they play themselves on that site - Thats why they were sued, and the process was declined ofc, because Fergusson and Lederer are too smart to be bullied lol.

We can't proove it's not rigged. However, it IS possible to proove that it is rigged. Just like it's religions job to proove God DOES exist. Not the other way round. Likewise, science cannot PROOVE it's theories, but they hold until they can be disprooved.
What all you rigtards seem to be failing to grasp, is no-one has actually been able to proove that a site (at least a major / top 20) is rigged.
What is needed: A lot of HH, start with 10K of your own, run that through a statistical analyzing program (people have actually made these for this purpose already). If anomalies show up, in regards to certain expected statistics. Then investigate further, 100K HH, 1mil HH etc. Until it becomes increasingly obvious the site is rigged in such a way to favor these anomalies.
If you cannot produce this data, then your opinion is completely worthless. Stating "blah blah this is a fact" is not a fact. It's your opinion.
Empirical data/evidence is a fact.
Now also consider, that amounts of people who've already endeavored to proove these anomalies, they are yet to prove anything. If a site (FTP, Stars, etc) was actually rigged as so many claiming they are, then do you comprehend the scandal that would follow? Not because some spastic stated "blah blah obv it's rigged) but if the day came and somebody actually produced 1mil HH which evidenced a rigged RNG, the scandal would spread like wildfire, especially across the likes of 2+2. It'd be big, MASSIVE. Get it yet?

For all of us who believe that it's NOT rigged, there's got to be happening one and only one of these two possible things:
1) It IS in fact rigged all the way, but we are too blind and narrow-minded to see it.
2) We've played many hands so far, reached some of the peaks and lows of our variance chart, but overall, variance has treated us in a normal way so far. This way, in the long run and while we keep making correct calls and decisions we are (and keep being) profitable players.

that's just funny, everything in north america (by this i mean the States and not the part down below...) is being sued. people there sue other people for ridiculous amounts of money for something stupid like staring at them in a strange way...
