never played casino so never hear about the strategy then u play roulete or over bingo games

This method has no sense at all! It seems ... how to say ... ridiculous. And i suppose this method is based in "real" roulettes, not on-line. If not ... why he says ... "... don't bet numbers from 11 to 14 placed in roulette clockwise ..."?? I don't understand anything. Have you checked this method on-line?

It is for American roulette. The wheel layout is different to the european one.

He simply needs a lot of words to say: Don't bet on roulette.
And if you don't play, the house edge drops to zero.
