once this happens enough you kind of figure it out. what a joke of a site im done with ipoker now for real. they are probably using superusers to get the bonus back

I likle so much they the sit'n go tournment with just 10 players, and litle prizes.. this incentive the begineers players to grow and increase your bets like they learn more about poker strategies...

Pokersites are not rigged, just pokerplayers are playing badly concerning the aspect of Bankroll Management. Poker is a game of skills my fellow forum members.

And to Stojaca: Sorry, but if you played by BManagement and lost 25 dollars per day - you should stop playing poker and do rather something else...And you should add to your own rules that when you lose some amount (5buyins for example), you would stop playing for the day and go back next day - at least you wont lose it by 1 day

I had the same problem. My ID card is in Cyrillic. So I sent a pic of a passport. Just send anything with Latin letters on it and they will accept it. On topic, I got the bonus in 3 days and wasted it in 5 due to a hard tilt. Went to play 10/20 Omaha. Basically had to go all in preflop every time

VC support told me in a live chat that they didn't accept the scan of my ID in Ukrainian language. they need the scan of the international passport that contains Latin letters.
i can't understand why it's a very big problem for them to verify Ukranian or Russian passport w/o Latin letters, while BankrollMob doesn't experience any problems w/ such verification of its members.
