Hi, I would like to try out this bonus but for some countries it says you need to provide passport information (my country too). The problem is that I do not have a passport. Is there another possibility to receive the bonus? Thank you.

Well, the passport information seems to be aside normal ID verification. Thank you for your tip, a driver's license might do it. It just crossed my mind to email their support directly, I'll post their response here if anyone has the same problem.

I have claimed it, sent my ID (this is my goverment's issued identifiaction) and was told that "we regret to inform you that we can't accept the document you provided...". My passport is expired years ago, and haven't renewed, nor do I drive. All alright, every room has it's rights, but I really don't get it my id is accepted everywere, in every room I've been into. Yes passport will do it.

well, it seems ID is not enough, this is what they said: "Unfortunately we are unable to verify your account with your National Identity Card or Drivers Licence, can you please supply us with a clear copy of your International Passport?".

Try the above ways. You can use an international driving licence which is even better than national. Easy to get one (matter of a few mins) and doesnt cost much. At least here And they have no reason at all to refuse it since its an international photo id document.
